The Think Big! School of Business in Rockford is Growing Through NICI Support
Think Big! is a Rockford-based organization whose mission is to cultivate a thriving ecosystem for minority business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and network to turn their vision into reality. The Think Big! School of Business is the organization’s four-week course designed to provide step-by-step business plan assistance, ideation and execution resources, deep dives into business finances, and expert tips for branding and marketing.
The third year of $100,000 in Impact Grant funding from Northern Illinois Community Initiatives (NICI) will be used to expand Think Big! School of Business offerings — including mentorship opportunities, a Marketing Resource Hub, and accounting resources. Partnering with Think Big! reflects NICI’s commitment to small business support.
